      Hi,

      I was wondering if it is possible with Sketchup and other plugs in (such as Vray) to render a still scene with video playing in one of the elements in the scene?

      An example of this would be to render a model of a display unit with product on a shelf and a screen behind it, playing some sort of video behind the product. I was wondering if you can import a video format or a sequence of images into sketchup and then rendering it so that it is animated.

        This could be done in flash actually. Render your scene and then add a video overlay (or how they call it there). Look at this example - although it is an interactive panorama, obviously it could be done with a still even easier (not as if I personally could do it of course):
