New Video Rendering Tutorial

Dennis has created a new video tutorial and 3D Warehouse model which is good for learning a rendering package. Although the Tutorial was created with IRender nXt. The 3D Warehouse model and the ideas in the tutorial would be useful for any of the rendering packages (simple exterior rendering, use of lights and reflections for an interior.)
