An interesting little OS in that it fits on a floppy disk. Written entirely in assembly, i believe.

Hm. I don't have a floppy driver (haven't had one for the last 3 computers).

Not a floppy, but you can make a boot cd, which I am doing now. I'm gonna guess it'll seem incredibly fast. (no kidding!)

Found this the other day but haven't tried it out...but Santa's bringing me a netbook so i'll try it then
does anyone have this installed?

Are both of these linux based? The first one seems to be, not sure about the second.

I got my wife a netbook. She hated it until I trashed Windows and put Mac OS on it!

As far as i can tell kolibri isnt linux based. As i mentioned its written entirely in assembly language whereas the linux kernel is written in c.
