Image export problem

Hi, have problem to export the 2D grafick. Any image is come with blac backgroud.The same problem is with sketchup style and other icon.
This problem i have on my loptop. Can any help my?

Could be a driver problem. Have you tried updating your graphic card driver.

OR maybe it is a png image with transparency channel? They are displayed as black (or with black background) in the thumbnails created by SU or actually in the thumbnails created by this very forum software we are using here).

Not in SU. In SU the transparency is maintained. Also in Windows the thumbnails for transparent png the transparency doesn't turn black.
But noticed his Component Browser thumbnails for the component is all black. That has no transparacy - and certainly should not look all back unless it's a preview of a black square. -
Hm. I tried with an image and I had a black background. Then I tried with another one and it didn1t have a black background. I need to look into this again (but true that the components maybe shouldn't show black).

I just exporting jpg but doesn't matere what format. is the same problem with style I don't see the sketch style at all. is not presenting the line. you can see in pic that is not presenting the style view, it just black windows.
this problem just on my loptop and with sketchup soft. -
What graphic card do your laptop have?
Have you tried to update the drivers? -
