      Hi All

      This is a nice forum and have a request if any one is up to makeing a couple of Car model's ? ?

      I have had a tryed with SketchUp but haveing no 3D Talent my try's look like the rubish i put out each night.

      If any one is willing let me know and i will send a couple of basic blue prints of what i would like.

      I am hopeing some one can make this an the 4 door model as well as a Datsun 180 SSS coupe and 4 Door
      I dont need the inside's just the outer shape.

        Hello and welcome to SCF!
        There are some really good tutorials on how to make a model of a car, so I´d suggest you check them first, like this one, for instance http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1gG1inut8o - very basic - or some more advanced tuts from our fellow member http://ely862me.webs.com/videos.htm
        People here are really willing to help, but I am afraid you won´t gain much experience in modeling if someone else do the job for you. Not to mention building a decent model can be quite time consuming.
        If you just need a car model, you might try searching the 3D Warehouse.
        I really hope you won´t be offended by this.

          You can find cars in the warehouse. Anything is possible in SketchUp.

          That said, SketchUp's roots are in architecture. I don't know what software car designers use, but I doubt it's SketchUp.
