I have a convertor if you need trees converted, just remember they will be heavy.

There is a .png export with alpha mask and can be used in SketchUP.

What convertor is that?
Also, you can easily create light geometry trees with images for leaves/branches with tree[d].
-
Deep Exploration imports .X and can convert to .skp keeping the UV's intact.

-
They convert to around 2,5MB without textures and 3.4MB with textures.
-
whoa, that's pretty sizeable.
is there anything deep exploration can't do solo?

I recon I only know and use 25% of it's capabilities, so that would be a difficult one to answer, however fetching me a beer, I can say with confidence it cannot do.
