I discovered this Firefox AddOn today and felt maybe members would find it interesting.Here's a Video of CaptureFox in action. You'll have to forgive the background noise, she's watching Law and Order!!!

It crashed my FF twice when I wanted to set it to capture the FF window only (with no full screen).
