Favourite and most-used isn't the same in my case.

My most used would be my own Selection Toys plugin. I've got the selection filters for Faces, Edges, Groups and Components assigned to hotkeys and I use them regularly all the time as I model.

My favorites would be TOS, JPP, SSB, Round Corners and FredoScale and Profile Builder.
