As far as i know, TIG wrote a mirror plugin called Mirror_31 that you can find here.

mirror3.1 generate of selection on a given axis.
my idea is to generate multiple mirror objects on its own axis.
and mirror randomized, multiple objects on its own axis.that each object maintains its position. Mirror generates the center of each object

Oh hey, sorry I was not paying attention here Elcorto.
I don't think its a bad idea. I just can't guarantee that I will have time to get to it right now. Perhaps though. I need to look at my rotate and scale multiple again, and see how easy (or hard) it will be to plug this idea into it.
I can already sense some interesting issues around scaling previously transformed objects around their x/y, but I think it is all do-able. But I can't let it distract me from other ruby projects
