Add construction point (help find script)

Hy! a few weeks ago I found a script to add construction points. It had an pencil as icon (if I remember right, the pencil was with red tip
)
Unfortunately, I lost that script and now I cry for it.
Can I get some help? thanksEDIT: -it could draw a cPoint at a given distance.

well, I'd rather not buy entire pig for a piece of meat
. I have that plugin but as I rarely use the other functions I prefer to not load my workplace with too many icons. -
