Interior Vray lighting help

hey!
im having some dificulties with interior lighting and material in vray. the glass pannels seem to be acting as a larger glass object and the lighting is kind of poor right now. there is only one large light plane right below the ceiling and emissive materials for the light.
any help or sugestions will be greatly apreshiated
