I've run into an issue where my plugin (Selection Toys) caused SU to disable menu items in the context menu.
It started after I added filters for layers. It'd dynamically create two menu items per layer. The occurrence is erratic and there's no error messages. When I disable the feature things return to normals.You can follow the discussion here:

I can't see anything wrong with the code so I suspect it's a SU bug. (Or maybe a Windows bug? http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=20791#p175253)
