Save as Local collection

There's some components from the Google collection that I actually do use form time to time and I'm fed up with that loading screen every time I need to load it or turn the page.
When I saved as local collection it only saved the components currently displayed. 12 instead of the 50 total.
Is there a way to get the whole lot in a bunk without going through each page one by one?
Is it possible to set how many result per page the component browser displays? -
Well, I'm not completely sure if that's your question but that dozen of component you can download from the online bonus packs is the maximum (say a kind of "compromise" already made by Google as opposed to downloading them one by one).
Fortunately I have never really needed any of those (I might have lost my hair already...)
