Well, I'd never have thought to suggest that as a fix but then I'd never have throught to ask if you'd uninstalled it. It seems a bit like getting the headlights to work by putting air in the spare tire. Glad you got it to work.

Yeah, Gidon, it was totally unfair.
I was already going to suggest Dave to post it as a bug (as he had filed a similar problem previously - thus his expertise in the registry entries
).Sigh...

I'm just having same problem ... and I can't see any "uninstall" entry for removing Layout.

- Solved by using "Repair" feature in Installing kit.****
