      Hi,

      I have just installed Windows 7 64bit.
Added 8gig of memory and everything seems to be zooming along nicely.

Now, I'm going to start installing my graphics applications.
Anybody here using SketchUp on this platform?
Any tips or tricks (or problems!) I need to be aware of?
I assume that Sketchup is not going to be much different due to it being 32bit?
Will any of the third party renderers show an improvement?

      Any help appreciated?

      Regards
      Mr S

I've had no compatibility problems with Windows7 with the 3D applications I've tried.

Sketchup, Rhino, Vue, 3DMax, Bonzai ... there's been some more trials I've tried, but I can't remember right now. Basically - I think that if it worked on Vista it works on W7.

The only thing that you need to pay special attention to is applications that require drivers. But usually Vista drivers will work.
