Looking for a style to make templates with small lines.

I am need a style so I can print out parts in layout so I can use them for woodworking templates, including some very detail parts that will be cut out by hand. I have been using the straight 1px style, but I would like thinner lines such as in Illustrator I can print out lines that are .1pt wide. Also some times using the straight lines style some lines are thicker than others. Is there just a plain style I can use?

I think for your use, you would be better off using a simple style with the normal vector lines instead of the raster lines you get when you apply other line styles whether they are the straight of sketchy lines. Turn off Profiles if you've been using them and, perhaps export at higher than screen resolution. Also use the Hidden Line display style so you have just black lines on white background.

- check you're rendering in LO with 'vector' not raster or hybrid
- in the 'styles' tab of the same tool, you'll see 'line weight'. You can alter that to globally affect the line thickness. 0.25 should be good

Yes, Tim has an excellent point. I assumed you're using the free version of SketchUp and don't have access to Layout. If you do, Tim has excellent advice.
