Textures Problem

I was modeling a car from blueprints (the texture) and it becomes crazy very often. Look at the attachmented picture of it.
What could be the problem?

To be honest if was fixed once I got my new computer, but I fixed it myself before! Look at the attachmented picture (it may go slower).

What graphic cards you lot got? ATI? What model?
