and how do i get this 3d model into sketchup? -
Well, if you ever download any kind of files from the internet, you should know where they are downloaded on your hard drive. Mostly this is some a custom setting folder no-one but you can find on your own computer.
As for the CAD symbol library and how to bring it into SU, I'm not sure. The website says:
"To utilize the Knoll FSL, you must have AutoCAD release 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009 installed and the appropriate amount of hard drive space to hold the application."
If it were in any CAD file format (like dxf or dxg), you could import it from File > Import > 3D model (or something) but I doubt that it is the case here. -
If a PC, have you used "My Computer" to search for the files by name "fsl.jsp"?-)

fsl.jsp is the webpage url you can download the file from.
I didn't try to get to the download because it wants to take me through a whole long questionnaire even about my GF's bra size. -
