      Hi

I have a nice fill i like that i created with the paint bucket, is there a way to copy this fill from one object to another without having to create it all over again OR copy and use another object that already has it?

      Many Thanks

If by fill you mean material, if you alt click with the paint bucket it will select the material which you can then apply to more geometry.

Or am i understanding 'fill' wrong?

            Hi SFX Group, hi folks.

It is called Sampling a material and is well explained on page 144 of the downloadable User Guide in PDF format.

The manuals or guides for each application and each platform (PC or Mac) are listed on this page:

            http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=36213&cbid=-us87m8efyd6u&src=cb&lev=answer

            Just ideas.
