Extrusion issues

So, I probably should have posted in here, but I guess that's why I posted in the "newbie" forum...haha....i'm a newbface.
But yea. This is what I said:
So....here's the deal, I've used sketchup for awhile and whenever I have an issue I to look around for an answer, and normally I do find one.
But i'm not sure how I should go about looking for an answer to this question.
So, I can't use the follow me tool because of the "bug" that sketchup has because it will twist, so that's out of the question.
I am trying to extrude the part of the building that is connected with arrows, but its a weird surface with a bunch of curves in it. Is there any way that I can extrude it?
red, green, blue, dotted lines are axis. black dotted lines are lines not on the axis. curved lines are in solid black.

There are plugins available that will do Follow Me without twisting. There's also plugins that will allow you to draw on curves surfaces as well as push/pull them. Have you had a look at them? In the Extension section of SCF.

Never mind. I merged the replies and deleted your double post.
Both gentlemen have good suggestions above. You can, of course, "hand stitch" anything any time but it's certainly time consuming in most of the cases (sometimes however it gives a fairly speedy result rather than playing around with plugins).
How about attaching the model file, too?
