[Plugin] Material Tools

Hi Thom,
sorry for bumping the topic... Could you add "Remove materials applied to back faces"? (Or is there a plugin that does that already?)

If a face has no front-material but does have a back-material it reverses the face and moves the back-material onto the front keeping the UV mapping etc. It works on selected faces, and after a confirmation-dialog faces in groups, components, or just 'all'.
If a face has a front-material and also has a back-material it reverses the face and moves the back-material onto the front keeping the UV mapping etc and erases the other material - i.e. the back-material is finally defaulted [it is 'forced' - use with care!]. It works only on selected faces.
It removes back-materials from all selected faces, and after a confirmation-dialog faces in groups, components, or just 'all'.

Cool, TIG, thanks! I knew I remembered reading something but you guys spoil us with the abundance of new plugins every day so it's really hard to keep up with the development!

Instance Material to Faces paints materials also to the back faces. Apply Color Adjustments bugsplats SketchUP when nothing is selected. The names are somehow misleading because this tools work on a selection - maybe to put them on the right click menu when click on the selection or add "selected" to the name.

Yes - by design to preserve the same visual appearance.

It doesn't use the selection at all - it processes all colour adjusted textures in the model. Got a sample model where this occurs? I've not seen any bugplats with this. Can't reproduce it either.

Not all work on the selection.
