It occured to me thru all of this that perhaps the most efficient way to do with is with a Face Me clipmap and call it good. although these flags are only about 250K each.

      Pause and discuss. . . πŸ’š

If I make it look easy...It is probably easy

Face me is a good idea - this way you can make sure that the wind seems to be blowing from the same direction for all the flags (should you decide to use more in a scene).

        Gai...

Thanks Urgen. You know I tried using SSB as you did but I dont get the results. when I select a rectangle and skin it. It shows a grid, but then when I apply a pressure, it asks for a selection first but doesn't maintain it or whatever and the grid disappears . .. it's all very confusing.

David, I made a tutorial for Jeff (Click Draw) a while back. Check it out and see if it helps.

                          I just had a "D'oh!" moment again. (I get those a lot)

I was goofing up at the Skin step. I guess it would draw a "PREVIEW" Skin but in order for it to take, I had to hit enter again and it would "Generate" it. and from there I could draw the bulgies. Thanks. That helped a lot.

Now back to making Flags and Pennants!
