I was just pondering how you might be able to show a client multiple design options in SU, the first thing that sprang to mind was using layers, although i think it would be rather clunky switching between layers with the current graphical interface.

Perhaps if their was a quick way of switching between layers (and hiding them) using keyboard shortcuts it would streamline the process somewhat.

Couldn't you just click and switch between scenes, each with a different setting for visible layer?

by the way, is there some shortcut way to jump between scenes? like pressing 'Ctrl + 1' for Scene1, 'Ctrl + 2' for Scene2...?

of course it is not much of an effort pressing the tabs with your mouse - but it is a lot cooler to hit some keys instead (after all, in movies hackers always use their keyboard and not the mouse) πŸ˜„
