That's exactly the main reason why I ask for.
Would be great if you can. -

Do let me know if it fails with a new drawing with a single face in it.
I need to know whether it fails all the time, or just sometimes.
Also, open the SketchUp Ruby Console before loading or running RpEdits. It may give us a clue as to what is going wrong.
Thanks,
Al
Mr. Hart
Well I found the problem. I had an old out of date Rp_Tools installed. When I remove this script the Rp_edit script worked great.
Note I PM you a couple of video files showing how the program worked before I discovered what the problem was. So please disregard these video files.
Thanks for the great script.

We purchased a Mac to get started on Mac versions - but we still have a lot to learn, and a long, long, way to go.
Hey, I was "PC" from the mid 80's until last year....... If I can make the switch anyone can...... By-the-way,,, I LOVE THE MAC!!!! One of the best things I've done...
Please keep going on the RpEdits......
Thanks for the reply....

Thank you very much, Al. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I look forward to doing so.

I don't remember if I implemented that feature or not. I'll take a look.

Here's another question . .. On the mirror tool, how does one mirror and object about a specific point, say the mid point of some line, a la the mirror.rb?
Thanks,
David

I have "load rpedits when starting Sketchup" checked, (in rpedits start window), but I still have to load it every time I open Sketchup. It's just a bit annoying, please help.
I just fixed this and will try to upload a new version today.
Apparently this function is useful to you. Can you offer any suggestions for improvements?

The mirror tool was designed to mirror placements of workstations - for instance converting left handed desks to right handed desks.
In order to do a mirror through a point, you would have to mirror x,y and then z, and then move the new item to the desired location.

We released a new version of RpEdits. - IA23t
The main fix is that the "Load RpEdits when starting SketchUp" checkbox works.
