SU 7 Animation Export...Bugsplat

Hey All, wondering if anyone else experience this in SU V7:
Exporting animation .png @ 2048_1152 _ _ 16:9 works just fine.
Exporting animation .png @ 4096_2304 _ _ 16:9 Bugsplat.
Save same file to version 6 and all is fine at export .png 4096_2304 _ _ 16:9
