Curl 3d - Have I just stumbled upon a new SU feature?

Intriguing link to a virtual environment tool for SU that is in beta. I downloaded the file but it just contains program files, jpegs of buttons and a couple of skps. There isn't an installer. So I looked on Google code:

It could be useful, but seems to be proof of concept stages still.

The interface looks very similar to the old metacreations gui style like early versions of Bryce or Poser

Curl is POJO(Plain Old Java Object)application was created by a method called java objects, and in return receive a Curl is a tool for application.
In addition, the server side of the Curl source code of java class can be generated automatically.download:
