      Hi everyone

Could someone please look at the attached file and see where I'm going wrong..?

The red surface, I wanted this to be smooth all the way round. Instead I had to draw each section to make up the solid surface and so it doesn't look smooth...

If anyone could help, and maybe explain how they helped, that'd be great... πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

      Thanks..!

      Luke

        Simple solution:

Group the object (drag a box around it and make it a group)

Then while selected go to window-soften edges and select 'soften copular' and or move slider slightly to the right.

        Viola!

              Hi Solo, hi folks.

              "viola" should read "Voila".

              Just ideas. πŸ˜‰

                πŸ˜‰ oops.

I will start using 'shazam' or 'Ta-da!' in future.

I have to say that I missed the 'viola', but I did notice 'soften copular', which is probably funnier if you take the Spanish meaning of the second word.

I dont know what it means in Spanish but when I typed in Google search for images the first one I got is two girls kissing. So it cant be that bad.
And it keeps asking me all the time did You mean Popular ? πŸ˜„

Ehm... in Latin, copulatio means well... "making love" in Spanish, copular then has to mean "to make love" or something...

Completely OT. Polyglot speech can be dangerous.
I was once chatting to a Dutch friend of mine, mostly in English but with the odd Dutch word thrown in.
He informed me that he had started to fokk rabbits. Fokken is the Dutch verb "to breed", but it took me a couple of seconds to realise he'd switched languages.
It didn't help that I was drinking a cup of coffee at the time. I never did get the stains out. 😞
