You have Podium for example : select a face and increase the Cursor "Reflect" so you will have a perfect mirror πŸ˜‰

In a word, no. You cant have a shiny surface natively in SU. As pilou said you need to get a rendering engine like podium.

Here is my attempt at reflections.
            1/ Drew a rectangle
            2/ Painted with Translucent
3/ Copied Bryce, - Pasted in Place
4/ Chose Flip along Blue axis
5/ Moved to the underside of Bryce.
6/ Drew the box, and imported the Mail box and did the same procedure as above
7/ Went to the planes entity info and worked my way to the transparency and tweaked..

            Similar procedure for mirrors

Just do it, it might be fun.
