Kevin: I used a Photoshop filter (Silver Efex Pro) that turn colored images into black and white and there are many styles of BnW in that filter.

I love these! You really nailed the "old school" render...they look like they are right out of a few '60s architecture textbooks I have on the shelf!

Nice style Allan and model looks good.
I did notice the same as James, brick texture looks too big on ground level, but still looks good!

Thanks David and Dylan for the very nice comments, I have one more project coming which involves the same style of rendering and I will post it here when I finished it. It is a Church's interior....
