Have a look at the upper left corner of the site, there you could type a verification code for downloading

ah, I see. thanks marne.
but Tekkybot, I would suggest you upload pictures in future, because it is so easy to have a look at them and see your work instead of downloading the file (after waiting for 45 seconds), unzipping it, opening it with SketchUp (which slowes down your system). like this:
in case you don't have a preferred server for image upload, imageshack.us is fairly slow, but reliable. when you uploaded a picture you get some links. copy the bottom most one. when you write your post here in the forum, press the "Img" button at the top of the text window and insert the copied link into the brackets.
I took the liberty to to a quick render with your model - a nice start with S&S by the way - hope you don't mind. only applied some reflection to object and ground plane and left it for render with su podium for less than 10 minutes...

will do im working on a shroom

Attached is a proxy (base shape) of a mushroom, select all and apply 3 iriterations to it and it will appear.
This is so you can get an understanding as how to create proxy's that will 'sub-smooth' to a shape you are happy with. Then you can texture and render it (your next challenge)
-
thanx solo
