Want to remove crazy perspective angles
-
I keep getting these crzy perspective angles and its really distracting. How do I get rid of them?

Hi danjroman,
A bit more information and a picture or the model would be usefull

Try zoom tool and set the new angle into the value field. Is it that?

To expand on what burkhard is suggesting, select the zoom tool and then type 35 in and press enter. This should reset your field of view to "normal"

Remus,
I always new you were a genius and now you prove it again.
About 3 months ago I had a model that the perpectives were all wrong, and I couldn't work it out. Then to day after reading your post the penny dropped. (in fact you might have heard it)
Thanks

Lol, i got quite used to resetting the perspective as i always used to mess it up

Another way to change it is to grab you zoom tool and hold down shift. Now start mouse click and drag.
This way you can change your field of view dynamically. -

just yesterday I used focal length, when matching a model view to a photo.
I didn't have any usable orthogonal lines. so I simply imported the photo as a watermark in front of the model (semitransparent) and matched the view. and therefore it was essential to pick the right focal length for the camera... -
