[Edit] whats about the new "proper animation" plugin? haven't tried it out yet. but could imagine, that could work...
or doing something with section planes, "moving" trough a shape that is crossing over from logo1 to logo2 (you know, by setting up two scenes)?
just ideas, no idea, if it works...

if i can figure it out, i'll definitley post updates in teh gallery... i fear that its going to end up being to expensive for them though.. but it woudl be fun, so we'll see.. i'm willing to eat a bit of time..

started working on this today.. messing around..think it can work.. i'm just having an issue or two rotating things.. they always jump to some odd position in the final frame instead of finishing the rotation..

here is my first quick test.. obviously, its pretty slow and not so smooth..but that will improve! haha.. this is a 1.24mb .mov file..wasnt able to upload it here, and i dont have my laptop with my ftp program on it.. so yousendit will do..

yeah...really slow..haha.. painfully slow..
