Kerkythea Website

Hi All

Is anyone else having a problem connecting to the Kerkythea website and/or know what the problem is?

Thanks for the reply.
Thats very odd, I can connect to any site I can think of, except Kerkythea's. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies but still no luck. I'm on a mobile connection so what I might try is to connect with another pc later.

Well, I'm now on a different machine with a different internet connection and still no luck with the Kerkythea site. I've also tried different browsers (IE, Firefox & Opera) and still nothing.
I can also connect to all my other forums i.e pushpullbar, spinquad and obviously this one.

Does anyone have any idea of what is going on or how to fix it?
Can anyone else from South Africa (JuJu etc.) connect?

kerky website is fine.

have you rechecked the address? it might be possible that the web address is wrong, i personally mispell it sometimes.

you can also try to reset your connection.

I've tried retyping the address, clicking on links from google and my usual bookmark - yet still nothing. I've also tried resetting the connection on 2 different machines.

This is just weird!

Dazza, I know of a number of occasions that ppl from SA struggle to connect to international sites. It seems to be fine if you connect to the site through a proxy server though.

It really sucks that we seem to get the raw end of the deal. Oh well, I'll keep trying otherwise I'll just have to wait till I get back to work on Monday.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Just a final update on the matter.
I tried connecting at home this morning before going to work and there was still no luck.
I then tried at work and had no problem at connecting to the KT site.
A colleague of mine who also uses KT and frequents the KT forums told me that he couldn't connect at home either.
So it looks like connecting via a proxy server is at least working for us.
Still think its really weird though!?!?!
