Have you tried zbrush matcaps in blender? (these sphere like textures - normal as mapping method )

@Michaliszissiou yes,I tried the matcaps in Blender , I made a tutorial too in my forum with 130 pictures of spheres ( 5000*5000) ready to be use in Blender as shaders .
