      hey i just installed vray for sketchup on my vista machine using the default settings my renders have no shadows was wondering if anyone encountered this problem

        I havent used Vray before, but have you turned the SU sun on? A lot of render engines use that as the primary light source...

            Make sure you have the Sketchup sun on and make sure all your light have shadows enabled. Can you post a screenshot for us to look at? Either that or post the file and I can take a look at it.
