I am working with AutoCAD files that are xrefs.

Do I still have to explode everything when importing into sketchup.

What can I do if I am working on a sketchup file, and I have to update the base information?

Is there a way to group imported layers from one drawing?

Do I have to import all drawings at once, or can I import one CAD drawing (let's say a utility plan) into Sketchup, and at a later time, import a different drawing (a planting plan) in the same place in the Sketchup?

      Thanks πŸ˜„

        Hi,
It seems you need XrefManager script don't you ?

-> Add Xrefs and Manage Xrefs, Autocad-like tools to insert and manage external references within SketchUp. Version 5, requires -win32ole.so- in the Plugins folder. Documentation included.
