Stadium Floodlights

Im trying to create a stadium floodlight, but everytime i render, theres no bloom like in the picture above (top right corner)

So how do i get this effect?

you need post-work only in any graf.editor or compositing tool to get such effects
Vlado is doing in sdk(cinema4d's vray has volume light effects) now(you can see some tests at chaos's forum)

...fry-render(evermotion tutorials) or indigo can this

Hmmm very spooky, that picture is taken at my football (soccer) team's ground near where I live. How coincidental!
