Granted, but the way that you are able to do it is through complete self-sacrifice, and the day after you die (from starvation) everyone relying on you gets hungry again.
I wish that all viruses, bugs, spy ware, etc. Would vanish and never come back so that I didn't have to have any huge programs to keep them of of my computer.

Granted, but millions of people around the world, formerly employed by companies that combat such things, are now unemployed. It has a domino effect on the global economy. Google goes bankrupt. There will be no more SketchUp. I hope your satisfied, mister!
I wish one of my contractors would just do all changes for free, so I wouldn't have to deal with his change order proposals.

Granted, but now he is making hundreds of change orders and implementing them for free withought asking or telling you.
I wish that I did not feel obligated to keep this game going. Why do I, anyway?

Granted, you start feeling obligated to keep This Game going and start to monopolize the game and upsetting all who have joy in stupid little games like this. Feeling guilty you get a nervous tick in your mouse controlling hand and are told by your doctor that you can never use a computer again.
I wish my vacation would have lasted longer.

Granted, however the price of teleport visas cost an absolute fortune and the security checks take hours for you to get green light to beam on.

Granted you are a human puter, however an upgrade to the new chipset requires surgery, the cost of growing Ram cells is daunting leaving you super slow as upgrading is not financially possible.

Granted, but when you find your mangled computer mouses (mice?) in the garage, you realize too late your wish wasn't worded specifically enough.
I wish there really were a tea boy (whatever that is) in our office who would take this project - he/she can have what little aclaim there is.
