i am helping a friend who is starting to learn SUp but am having some problems locating tools, etc as i am a mac user whereas he has a PC. right now my doubt is: where is the texture position tool in the PC - the one which allows one to fit a texture/material to a face? in the mac it can be found through right-clicking on the texture; on the pc i R-C and it is not there.

      thanks.

"Edit" pull-down, "face" fly-out (you have to have the face selected or "no selection" is greyed out), "texture" fly-out. Right click is easier, but setting up a shortcut is easier still: "edit/item/texture/position" in shortcuts page of preferences.

Just make sure you have a face selected while adding the shortcut since the whole path doesn't exist in the shortcut list otherwise. I needed some time to figure this out and wanted to save you that minutes πŸ˜„ ....
