Look in the documentation for the various functions of Array

For "linear arrays" (copying along a line or just a direction): http://download.sketchup.com/sketchuphelp/gsu6_win/Content/D-Modification_Tools/ModTool-Move.htm (scroll down to about 2/3).

For radial arrays (copying about a circle): http://download.sketchup.com/sketchuphelp/gsu6_win/Content/D-Modification_Tools/ModTool-Rotate.htm (scroll down to about the half of the page).

There is also a copy along path ruby with the help of which you can copy things along an irregular path.

            Syburn,
See this quick tutorial I created a while ago.
            http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2073
The deals with multiple copying (array) along an edge but it should give you the basic idea of multiple copying.
            ...
You can always use quick keys for copy and paste:

            <Ctrl> X - Cut
            <Ctrl> C - Copy
            <Ctrl> V - Paste

            (Standard windows commands)
            ...
Sketchup also alllows you to set up your own preferred quick keys for SU commands.
            Window - Preferences - Shortcuts
Then assign keys of your choice for various (common) commands eg for Move / Copy
            ...
            Hope this helps.
