    ...to capture handwriten notes and drawings. Anybody got on of these? Does it work? Is it cool or what?

      i first saw this a few years ago, it looks great. I could really use something like that but the price put me off a bit.

        i had never heard of them. i have just gotten to tablets but perhaps i should have a good look of those pens. if they can register your handwriting they can certainly get your doodles.

        as usual, no mac support at the start.

          Tom,

          I used one for a bit and took it back. You have to write and draw fairly big for it it register, so small sketches and linework will not register very well if at all. I guess it would be fine for taking notes but I found it awkward more than useful. Also you will not know if you captured everything until you upload your notes and then find out it did not recognize something. Kind of a bummer if there are a lot of notes taken and then you have to go back through everything to see what you missed. I would just hate to see someone spend there money on something like this just to find out it did not work as expected.

            I've been using a tablet for about 4 years and i love it. I've got 2 small children and they love to paint with them too. I saw an article on CGarchitect.com about Wacom coming out with a new product called Bamboo. This new product is supposed to feel like real pen and paper.
