Yeah, the same with me. I hope they'll fix this soon since the new Kerky 2008 is due on Sunday!

I'm really not sure what's going on for you guys...
We have made some optimizations on the site, but everything should be accessible and available and we haven't set-up any restrictions...!?!I will take a look at your nick names in the admin-site of KT...
In the meantime, please try these direct links...

Well... I wouldn't count on that, Gaieus...
We fully understand that you're starting to get impatient...
This is actually very encouraging for us, cause it shows exactly how much users love KT...What we can tell you is that we're currently beta-testing an almost clean and buggy-free version...
Now Giannis need to fine-tune the last details, we need to finish various tutorials and then it will be ready for release...I'm sure Giannis will advice an exact date for this...
My best guess is that it will be released on the last day of January... -
I often "break out" of the frameset (FF right click > This frame > Show only this frame or what in English) otherwise I couldn't copy a "clean" link from the titlebar (though haven't tried now)
Well anyway, maybe it was just some temporary glitch or something you can fix...
As for the deadline - I read it in the Flash in the top ridght corner a while ago. If I remember wrong or you guys need some more time I'll be patient, just take your time; I know you've been working hard...
Edit: tried with the forum in the top frame (I mean without the frameset - the link you gave) but the same result.

Thanks, Csaba...
And I apologize if the banner has been unclear...
As far as I know, we haven't - until yet - mentioned a specific date...
But any way... KT2008 Echo will be ready for release very soon...!!@gaieus said:

That's really weird, cause no-one else seem to have the issue anymore...
Like I said, we have been tweaking the settings, in order to get the site more stable and fast... We did have an issue with the Joomla cache, but that's fixed now and the site runs very fast and stable...
When looking at the numbers of users logged in right this minute (We have 27 guests and 9 members), also suggest that we don't have any issues...
So please try again, and if you still have problems logging in, please send me an e-mail or a PM from here... -
Day before yesterday I had this problem, but that night it was resolved.
But again today, even right now (1:48p.m. India)I am unable to login.I keep getting the message "You are not authorised to view this resource".
With regards
PRSS -
Nope, neither the site itself nor the forum login allows me to log in (I know you have them somewhat and somehow separate but with the same member database). I don't know if one tried to log in with a wrong password would get the same message - however I tried to enter a wrong password and I got this message (normally a login should say "wron password, try again" or something but still give back the form). Could you try to log in with a wrong password to check if you get the same error message or something else?
I then deleted my kerky cookies (but then enabled/allowed http://www.kerkythea.net and kerkythea.net - to make it sure) to set cookis again and still the same message.
Edit: the "January 20" thing might have come from just a "visual memory" mistake. The banner says something like "Coming in January 2008"

Yeah ive noticed the site is faster, but im still getting errors saying im not authorized to view... anything at all actually. Hvae tried deleting cache and all that, hell Ive even reinstalled Windows XP Pro on my computer because I got a hold of a much larger HDD than I was using before.

OK, I've just tried again and funnily it said I entered either a wrong username or my password was wrong.
I use FF and I make it remember my login data on my home computer (only). I looked there and there was "Gaieus" but there were way less *s for the password than my normal one. I re-entered my password and it finally let me in (I actually checked my password manager in FF settings and there the correct password showed).Anyway, I'm in. I hope you guys didn't have a hack again!
