CatchUp - Watercolor Tree
-
Nice Tom.
I noticed it was not created as a follow me yet.
-
Eric, thanks,
I've started just changing the file to "follow-me" in the "model info" menu...that way you don't have to explode the component definition nest when you place them: just insert the file into your model where you want it and it will be follow-me
Best, Tom.EDIT: I've been meaning to try using more pngs in this manner for some time but the file size made me lazy...now the recent render style wants more variation since there is less WC mushing about. Whadaya'll think?
-
Gotcha. Sorry.
-
Thanksfor sharing your beautiful tree, Tom.
-
these are beautiful and are very useful.
i hope the "catchup" judges are willing to accept the fact that these can be considered as one "set".
excellent work. -
Fantastic Tom, your trees are getting better and better.

Great tom, I love this tree.(and all the others)
Are you sure you shouldnt be selling them? I feel guilty using them for nix.
bazps I'm not clear about the 'follow me' you were discussing, could one of you explain? Ta.
-
tom,
i showed your trees to the kids who work with me and they were speechless. they just could not believe them. the ones made out of inclined planes so that they look 3D from all positions brought them to their knees.
thnaks for helping me show them we grownups can also excell at computer arts!
cheers.
-
You guys are very kind to make me feel so good, thank you.
Baz...if you insert the tree file into another model it becomes a "follow-me" component, so always faces the camera.
Edson...blushing tears of pride first thing in the morning...WOW! I am expressed!
-
Thanks Tom! These are great!
