I created a piece that has turned out hollow, NOT solid. How do I make it a solid?

      Thanks....Mike

Mike, SU does not create solid objects. Only the appearance of solid objects. There is a ruby script that will help give the appearance even more called sectioncutface. You can find it here: http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=153&t=1517

Right click on the section plane and select Add Section-Cut Face. It will create a plane at the section.

            Hope this helps.

What did not work? The script or the fact that it is not a solid?

                  Eric

Sorry I didnt get back to you on the solid, but it worked but not the way I wanted it to. I think something like even a hatch of some sort would be ok, but I dont know how to do it.
