Curved in which direction? Only on the x/y plane or winding uphill (on a TIN terrain) like a snake path?

I think the best way to do this is to create a contour plan (showing indent/protrution a road will make in the contours) in a CAD package, save it as a DWG file, import into SU, layer the contours onto the various levels (depends on the contour increments used) and use the sandbox > from contours function to generate the terrain together with an approximation of the road all in one go.
A good idea is to have a 2D (flat) line drawing of the road lined up in the Z-direction as well. Create a face from it, extrude it through the terrain generated above, intersect with model. You'll now be able to texture the road surface individually (and accurately) from the terrain model.

ya its part of a bridge whose one part is curved and tapering..

SketchUp needs a Spline Command

),
when you have the top view of the bridge as well as the surrounding, I'd suggest you to draw a 2d path for your road and then make a sloped drive of it down the bridge to the road it needs to connect.
I've posted a "tut" about slanted ramps that you might make some use of during the process:
