Layout tools in SU

There are 3 very interesting tools that has been created for lay-out and that I find very interesting for SU; they are
- 2-point arc
- 3-point arc
- pie

It was my first ruby script use.The functions have the same name but act very differently, and the way the lay-out behaves is far more intersting.
My main use is draw doors in my 2d use of SU, and excuse me if I
maintain my wish of having LO arc functions in SU.Marc
