I believe that you can make the same very more easily with the Morisdov plug
Proper animation: the thread
the plug(Plug installed)
Make your door object
Set some positions (Menu Plugins/Transformations/Set Position 1...): the number of position = the number of the scene!
Create some scenes
Enable Menu Plugins /Start Animation observer
Play animation et voilà
Of course the animation of the plug is independent of the Camera movement so crazy animations can be created
If you load the file follow : just Enable Menu Plugins /"Start Animation observer" before launch Play Animation!
