Installation Problems

I am suddenly having problems installing new software on my laptop. I have tried installing the latest version of ModLumi and now Hew3D and with both of them the downloaded exe files are saying cancelled.
I am running Windows 11 and Norton. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I might be able to get the software installed?

Are you disabling Norton for the install? I find it helps to do so, an old Norton-ism.

Not sure I know how to do this. I have also tried do see if my iCloud is out of space but I cannot view my iCloud either.
This whole situation is making me feel really dumb/stupid. I really need to update ModLumi and I would like to try out the "installed" version of Hew3D.

OK, Silly me finally got both products installed/updated. So, I now have them working.
