      OK, perhaps not how things "Should be done" but, I would extrude arcs and lines. Breaking up the line to create a like for like number of facets as the arc I was extruding with. This has worked pretty well for a long time but, now, no more than two facets from a line.

      Getting a bit tiresome where things change with no notice.

      I got best results with extrusion tools when used with this setup for lines/arcs.

        TIG Weld seems to be working fine in SU2026 for me. I also use Eneroth AutoWeld which will weld any edges that can be welded in a selection.
