      Hi, when I opened SketchUp 2020, it asked me to update Animator. I updated LibFredo6 v15.2a and Animator v4.5a. The menus were installed. I restarted SketchUp, but when I tried to use Animator, it didn't work; it wouldn't open. I have V-Ray 4.2 installed. Can you please help me?

        Please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp and copy/paste the output into your reply.

            @quenemary

            You have no license directory which suggests your SketchUp install is missing read/write permissions.

            You can fix this by running the SketchUp installer using Run as Administrator and choosing Repair when prompted.
